The programme

It is a long time til BiCon so we only have a very sketchy outline of what will be going on.

*	Registration will open on the Thursday afternoon and be open each day until the Monday.
*	We expect to be offering day registration at reduced rates for people who can only come to one or two days of the event.
*	There will be a wide variety workshops and guest speakers during the daytimes.
*	The evening programme will include live music and a disco.
*	The Saturday afternoon programme will be slimmed down to encourage people to join in the Mardi Gras parade.
*	We hope to have a banner making session on the Thursday or Friday ready for Mardi Gras.
