What You Need To Know

2 We have a UK booking system and a USA booking system. If booking from the UK, use the UK address; if from the USA, use the USA address.
Those of you living in the rest of the world may use either depending whether it is easier for you to obtain US dollars or UK Pounds.

3 If you want to qualify for the advance booking prices, you will have to book before the conference - which means getting your forms to us in time for August 14th.

Some rooms are still available onsite at the time of writing (21/8) on a first come first serve basis. There are only a very limited number left however.

You may still register "on the door" at day or weekend rates, but it is now too late to book by post.

Offsite options for Accommodation

Accomodation is available onsite for the entire duration of the conference and the night after. This is charged at a flat rate no matter how many of the nights you wish to take advantage of it, and only available as single bedrooms in flats of 8 rooms. While most BiCon attendees choose the onsite accomodation, some may prefer hotel standard accomodation or want to stay somewhere offsite for other reasons, so here are contact details for some of the nearest alternative places to stay.

(AA/RAC 3 star rated)

The nearest hotel to this year's BiCon, and with significantly reduced rates (£40/night for double room down from nearer £60, £30 per night for single rooms) negotiated for guests quoting reference "IBC6" when they book. (English Tourist Board 3 crown rating)

Prices typically £36/night for double room. Does have a nightclub downstairs though,which may count against it for those of you hoping for an early night over the weekend! Not on email, phone line (+44) 161 225 30xx, fax (+44) 161 257 28xx

Lansdowne Hotel. 346 Wilmslow Road, Fallowfield.
